Hiring: Project Manager, EHR Location: HYBRID Position - Based in PA, will travel throughout PA and to our programs out of state.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EHR (Electronic Health Records) Administrator to join our team!
Salary: From $80,000 annually

As a
Project Manager , for
Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR) , you will be responsible for implementing, training, and supporting staff in effectively using the Credible EHR system. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the organization's staff are proficient in using the system to meet operational and compliance standards. As a
Project Manager , you will work closely with leadership, IT teams, and end-users to enhance system adoption and functionality. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to, training session leadership, classroom administration for Credible-led training sessions, pre-go-live session planning; end-user engagement and localization sessions, and long-term training coordination and leadership for all Credible modules.
Project Management, Implementation, Training and Instruction ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Develops and delivers engaging, role-specific training sessions for staff at all levels, including new hires, advanced users, and leadership.
- Creates training materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and job aids.
- Conducts one-on-one and group training sessions, both in-person and virtually, tailored to meet specific departmental needs.
- Evaluates training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and direct observation, and revise materials as needed.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting - Acts as the first point of contact for staff experiencing issues with the Credible EHR system.
- Works with IT teams and the Credible support desk to resolve technical problems promptly.
- Provides ongoing guidance to users on best practices and advanced functionalities of the system.
System Optimization and Compliance - Collaborates with leadership and IT to identify opportunities for system optimization and workflow enhancements.
- Ensures all users comply with organizational policies and procedures regarding EHR use.
- Stays updated on Credible EHR updates, enhancements, and best practices, sharing relevant information with the team.
Documentation and Reporting - Maintains accurate records of training sessions, materials, and user feedback.
- Provides regular updates and reports to leadership on training progress, system adoption, and challenges.
- Assists in documenting workflows, policies, and system configurations for staff reference.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, IT, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Experience with the Credible EHR system is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, training, teaching, or instructional roles, preferably within a nonprofit, healthcare, or behavioral health setting.
Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of EHR systems, particularly Credible, and their application in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or specialized e-learning software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with IT.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or advanced training in Credible EHR is a plus.
- Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, Medicaid, or similar regulations.
Work Environment:
- Office or hybrid setting, with potential travel to organizational locations for in-person training.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate staff availability for training sessions.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES needed in addition to Essential Functions: - Understanding the choices involved in application configuration
- Developing / documenting procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks
- Serving as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors
- Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users
- Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications
- Preparing details of specifications as needed
