Our localization agency client is looking for a Project Coordinator with localization experience to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH), direct hire position located in El Segundo.

ABOUT THE AGENCY

We are a specialized agency that helps brands and advertisers transcreate their ad campaigns and creative content into other languages. The content we adapt does not easily translate and needs a much more holistic approach with cultural appropriateness and target market impact in mind. We work with some of the largest brands in the world, including Toyota, Airbnb, United Airlines, Amazon, and Pfizer, who turn to us to properly adapt their content into other languages so they can effectively market their products and services in global territories. We translate and produce everything from TV commercials and social media campaigns to websites and digital ads in over 60 languages. As our agency grows, we need a Project Coordinator who excels in project management, scheduling, and vendor management.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Project Coordinators work in close collaboration with Producers to prepare, coordinate and deliver global campaigns and projects. For example, you will:

• Prepare content for translation, voiceover and video localization
• Coordinate with linguistic and production resources to produce localized content
• Manage communication with resources to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met
• Create and update linguistic style guides, translation memories and glossaries.
• Identify and onboard new resources and suppliers
• Close out projects and help manage post-project debriefs with resources

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• 1-2 years of localization experience
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relationship management skills
• Experience with MemoQ or CAT tools
• Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Video or audio editing experience

WHERE WILL I WORK?

Los Angeles Headquarters (El Segundo) The salary for this position ranges from $60,000-$70,000 per year. This position is eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
