Job description Employee Listening Project Manager 8-month initial contract
Remote M-F $62/HR Orion Group is seeking a proactive and technically adept
Employee Listening Program Manager to take charge of our pharmaceutical client's employee survey program.
This role involves managing the full survey cycle, from vendor management to data reporting, and requires a strategic thinker who can drive process improvements and automation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise, human resources, technical skills, and thought leadership to support the Organizational Research team.
Primary Responsibilities: Survey Administration * Partner with vendor PM and SMEs on the project timeline
* Set-up and configure surveys in the global employee listening platform, including but not limited to:
-Adding questions
-Acquiring and assigning demographics
-Populating/verifying communications
-Configuring dates/deadlines in the system
-Setting up reporting for each individual survey
-Enabling appropriate translations and assisting in updating translated items as needed
-Applying appropriate threshold requirements
- Manage the creation of all results decks (look into options to automate or streamline the process); find opportunities for automation as needed.
* Respond to ad-hoc survey requests for updates to an existing report/new system-delivered report
System Administration
* Main technical POC with the vendor (e.g., system issues, SSO, testing of new features/releases)
* Respond to email inquiries and system access requests
* Configure user roles and permissions.
* Employee data acquisition and cleansing
* Manage translation and localization verification process; coordinate with survey admin to add to the survey in the platform
* Troubleshoot access to the platform
* Testing for all surveys and survey reports
Project Management
* Outline project phases, milestones, and deadlines
* Create a detailed timeline for the overall project with key dates for design, deployment, data collection, analysis, and reporting
* Ensure adherence to the timeline through regular checkins and updates
* Create and maintain survey process documentation (e.g., mapping of items to dimensions, population definition criteria)
* Manage the day-to-day tasks for the system administrator who supports Perceptyx
Preferred Skills
-Knowledge of the Perceptyx system (recent)
-Technical skills
-Project management experience
-Managed at least one global survey
-High attention to detail
-Comfortable figuring things out independently
-Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes
-High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Nice to Have -HR background (experience or degree)
-Knowledge of HRIS and data management in these systems (Workday would be a bonus)
-5 plus years' experience
