About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team, with a focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including working with implementation teams on new business and fund launches, reviewing fund documents from a finance perspective, determining commitment sizes, and overseeing the issuance of fund NAV and capital account statements. This role also involves participating in management-level meetings, attending client due diligence, and ensuring the funds' compliance with operating agreement terms. The Vice President will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 10 years' experience in financial services or asset management accounting and operations, and a passion for innovative technology. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should be well-versed in fund administration and operations, with an advanced degree or progress toward a relevant professional designation being a plus. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to multi-task, work both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of seeing the big picture. Responsibilities also include working with technology and product teams to drive process automation, as well as overseeing the preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
