About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Individual Partner Relations to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission of gospel outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the individual giving team, with a focus on maintaining and growing the donor base to support the expansion of the company's impact. This role is particularly significant as the company transitions to a new era of leadership, and the VP will work closely with the founder, who is moving into an ambassador role, to bring fresh vision and leadership while leveraging the founder's long-standing relationships.
