The Sports Director, working under the direction of the Senior Program Director, is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing programs and activities related to toddler, pre-school, youth, adult, and older adult sports and recreation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Sports & Leisure Management, Recreation or related field. 3-5 years of experience in youth sports, coaching or programming.
