Mid-Level Social Copywriter
We're seeking a talented and passionate Social Copywriter to craft engaging and effective copy across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll be adept at capturing the target audience's attention and driving engagement through compelling captions, taglines, comments, product descriptions, and video scripts, tailoring your writing style to suit each platform's unique nuances.
You'll be comfortable interpreting briefs and generating creative ideas focused on maximizing engagement, reach, and views. You'll also be receptive to feedback and data analysis, using these insights to refine your writing and stay ahead of evolving social media trends.
Responsibilities:
Craft compelling and platform-specific copy for a variety of social media content, including captions, taglines, comments, product descriptions, and short-form video scripts.
Interpret creative briefs and develop engaging social media content ideas.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to revise and improve copy.
Collaborate effectively with the creative team and other stakeholders.
Proofread and edit all copy for grammar, spelling, and style.
Proactively research and share knowledge of relevant industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Copywriter, demonstrating a strong portfolio of engaging social media content.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A deep understanding of different social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit various platforms and target audiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for social media and a genuine interest in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
The pay range for this role is $75,000-$83,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
