About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Total Rewards, a Senior Vice President level role, to spearhead the development and expansion of its compensation and benefits philosophy. The successful candidate will be a high-performing expert with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least 7 years in a global capacity, and must have a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in compensation and benefits. This strategic leader will be responsible for all facets of compensation and benefits, including plan design, implementation, management, and ongoing evaluation. They will work closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure that the total rewards strategy is innovative, competitive, and aligned with the company's business goals and culture. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include leading and mentoring the Total Rewards team, managing global benchmarking, and overseeing the implementation of various compensation and benefits programs. The role requires a hands-on approach to all aspects of compensation and benefits, from health and wellness to retirement and leave programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading annual compensation processes, managing M&A transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Strong communication skills, the ability to partner with external benefits administrators, and experience in global mobility programs are also essential. The Global Head of Total Rewards will be a pivotal figure in the company's growth, standing up new programs in expanding regions and making balanced decisions that support the well-being of the employee population.
