ConductorOne is looking for a Product Designer to help own design initiatives from spec to polished artifacts. We are seeking people who are pro-collaboration, pro-design systems, and can be an advocate for "designing in public".

What you’ll do:
  • Design exceptional products from start to finish, participating in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimization.
  • Iterate at all levels of design fidelity, from prototypes to refined visual designs, with an emphasis on high-functioning user experiences, design impact, and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation. 
  • Collaborate regularly with engineers to ship high-quality experiences.

  • You have a willingness and ability to collaborate with multiple teams or disciplines
  • You are comfortable owning design initiatives from start to finish
  • You have an understanding of technical constraints, with a good sense of when to compromise and when to advocate for design innovation
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
