Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager is responsible for coaching and developing Sales Development Representatives, ensuring efficient processes, and driving pipeline growth. Success in this role is achieved by focusing on individual SDR performance and overall team outcomes. The SDR Manager will collaborate closely with a supportive Marketing team and other stakeholders on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and optimizing funnel conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use data-driven insights to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Manage per-rep daily and monthly call volumes, as well as demo-setting targets.
  • Hold accountability for team performance and goal achievement.
  • Coach and mentor SDR team members to develop skills and meet objectives.
  • Inspire and motivate individuals and the team to foster growth and success.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for the SDR organization.
  • Provide strategic and tactical feedback to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Execute broader business initiatives with a focus on team alignment.
  • Lead change management efforts to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Consistently drive the team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably managing SDRs in a technology-focused B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot.
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales, including multi-product selling strategies.
  • Expertise in executing outbound strategies involving multichannel approaches.
  • Proven ability to scale business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
