Ranch Hand/ Laborer

We are excited to be looking for a new Ranch Hand/ Facilities Team Member to join our team! Founded in 1994, JR Butler is a commercial glass and glazing company based in Colorado, with projects across the country. Purpose:

Perform work to maintain and improve the LTR property.

Responsibilities:

· Grounds Keeping

· Animal Care

· Equipment Maintenance/Repair

· Heavy Equipment Operation

· Sawmill Operation/Maintenance

· Escalate problems to Manager

Schedule:

· 7AM-3:30PM

Experience:

· 2-5 years with heavy equipment operating experience (specifically Skid Steer/Tractor)

· 2-5 years with horses or other large animals

· Lawn Care/Commercial Property

· Sawmill operating is a bonus

· Basic Mechanical

Skills:

· Discretion

· Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision

· Mechanics

· Animal Care

· CDL (not required)

· Heavy Equipment

· Chainsaw

Compensation & Benefits:

· $17 an hour - $25 an hour DOE

o Discretionary performance-based bonus eligibility after one year

· 401K packages with employer matching

· Medical, dental, and vision packages with employer contribution

· 80 hours of vacation time in first year
