Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage night operations within our warehouse. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functions, while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Reports to: Night Warehouse Manager

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise night warehouse employees and oversee nightly operations
• Ensure that the night selection crew is set-up for success at the start of each shift
• Complete opening procedures in a timely manner
• Ensure the correct products are loaded onto trucks and dispatched on time
• Promote and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Forklift certification
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Proficient computer skills
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse distribution
• Strong work ethic and leadership abilities

Preferred:

• Experience with Retalix and BFC systems
• Ability to operate and move trucks

Education:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Work Hours:

• Overnight shifts: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 3pm to finish; Monday/Wednesday 4pm to finish

Work Environment:

• The role requires working in varying conditions, including freezer (0°F), cooler, and dry warehouse environments.
