The Loan Officer position is focused on developing skills and relationships to provide high levels of service to the local real estate market. What Home Access Financial brings to the table:
- Proven sales training from start to finish provided by leaders who have “walked the walk”. Each training plan is catered to the individuals experience and abilities, but this can include the basics from who to speak to, what to say, when to do it and move to more advanced training from there.

From customer support-focused processors clearing all conditions to Loan officer assistant data entering applications and disclosing files all the way to management’s open-door policy up to and including the CEO; Loan Officers receive an unparalleled level of support in the industry.

1 year of experience with mortgage sales. Ideal candidate is the individual that has experience, but did not receive the support or training to match their work ethic to take their business to the next level.
