Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing exceptional service and expert advice on health insurance products. All necessary equipment will be provided by the company, but you must live within a 2-hour drive of our site to pick up the equipment.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from clients, answering inquiries about health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in understanding plan features, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

Experience Required for Your Success Requirements: - Valid health insurance license in the state of residence.
- Proven experience as a health insurance agent or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software.
- Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and staying self-motivated.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Must live within a 2-hour drive of our site to pick up equipment.
