We are hiring! IMR Massage in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one licensed esthetician to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, passionate, organized, and engaged. Responsibilities:Hold current valid state of NV esthetician license and/or Advanced Esthetics Lic. preferred.Have a minimum of 1-2 years esthetician experienceBe very comfortable working on clients with various skin typesAble to perform at least 3-4 hours of services in a row before a breakMust be a team player, dependable, hard working, and have a flexible schedule able to work nights & weekends Qualifications: $250 hiring bonus with Certificates in Circadia skin care line and protocols. Knowledgeable in Hale & Hush botanical skin care line and protocols a plus Derma-planing a plus Able to provide recommendations for retail products to clients for at home after care Ability to sell retail products to clients Able to discuss available treatments and products that will improve clients skin quality Perks:W2 employee paid on commission plus receives 100% of credit card & cash tips. Commission rate can be negotiable based on experience and client following. Qualifies for tiered increases in commission pay after 6 months of employment every 6 monthsGreat employee perks and benefits offered includes free monthly massages, free infrared sauna sessions, & free float therapy sessions (at our sister location located 3 miles from us)Medical insurance offered after 60 days of employment.
