Job Details: - Location: 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
- Training: 4 weeks onsite, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. 100% attendance required
- Post-Training: 8 hour shifts onsite between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Starts at $16.00 per hour, with potential increases after training and performance reviews
- Bilingual Bonus: Possible pay increase for English-Spanish speakers after evaluation
Skills: - Ability to use computers and Windows applications on two monitors.
- 1+ years' experience working with MS Office Suite
- Professional, patient, and helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Prior Call Center experience is a plus but not required
Requirements: - Employment interviews will be conducted onsite at 6435 Flyers Way Frisco, TX 75033.
- This job requires you to work onsite Monday to Friday.
- Required to use a wired headset
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
