This role reports to the VP of Talent Management and is based in our Central office with at least 2 days per week in-office. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Intern Responsibilities : Support current HR projects, initiatives, and technology Manage mail and inboxes daily to ensure timely response and follow up Aid in the prompt response/escalation to requests received Process requests for employment verifications Assists and supports special projects as needed Provide assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs Prepare HR related reports and documents as needed Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of the internship Pursuing a BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or Management Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point Neighborhood Service Organization
