Job Description Overview As a Director, Product Management at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to build and scale the FBG iCasino Product across iOS, Android, and Desktop. The Director of iCasino Product will hire and lead a team of product managers focused on creating unique and differentiated iCasino experiences for players. The Director of iCasino Product will report to the President of Gaming at FBG.
Responsibilities - Develop and own iCasino product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing core features based on data, user research, and competitive analysis that appeal to casual sports fans and casino players as part of the multi-product FBG app
- Own the entire iCasino product management process and product lifecycle
- Work cross-functionally across Fanatics to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics strategic assets into the iCasino product
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to design and implement an elegant, accessible, and intuitive iCasino product from the ground-up, driven by data and user research
- Work closely with the Sportsbook product team to ensure seamless cross-product experiences inside all FBG apps
- Build and lead a team of iCasino product managers, and create career pathing opportunities for product manager team members
- Own and accountable for iCasino product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics
- Work closely with technology teams to deliver the roadmap in a collaborative and inclusive manner
- Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities.
Qualifications - 8+ years of proven success working in an agile, B2C digital native app focused, product organization as a product leader and/or manager
- Deep passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting end users
- A relentless drive and determination to achieve success.
- Experience owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and deployment
- Experience building entertainment products for sports fans and/or gaming consumers
- Deep and nuanced understanding of real-money gaming products and the sports betting and online casino industry (preferred)
- Experience in scaling and managing product teams
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply and clearly articulate product decisions and value propositions to leadership
- Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different product orgs and teams at Fanatics.
