Job Description

We are currently seeking two Remote Data Entry Specialists to join a healthcare organization on a temporary 6-8 week contract. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to important healthcare processes.

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

Reviewing large volumes of medical evaluations
Accurately entering information into an existing database
Communicating effectively with internal staff
Upholding strict confidentiality of all data
Deciphering and paying close attention to medical terminology
Performing all data entry tasks with a high level of precision
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics for data processing
The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand, though this is not required.

Position Details:

Start Date: Monday, November 4th
Duration: 6-8 weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time hours
Choose from either:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured filing systems
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional and clear email correspondence
Prior experience in an educational or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
