Here’s what we need:
The Copywriter will be a key part of the marketing team, supporting efforts to tell the story of Torchy’s through engaging and compelling content. This role will focus on telling the Torchy’s story across all marketing and communications needs, including content creation for social media, point-of-purchase campaigns, and email marketing. You will ensure that our brand voice is consistently applied across various platforms to captivate and engage our audience.
What you’ll be doing:
Social Media Content Creation: You will write clear and engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency.
Point-of-Purchase (POP) Campaigns: You will create copy for in-store marketing materials, focusing on promotions, menu items, and limited time offerings (LTOs).
Email and CRM Campaigns: You will craft persuasive copy for email campaigns and assist with uploading and managing content within our CRM system.
Content Strategy Support: You will help develop content strategies aimed at driving engagement and brand loyalty across digital platforms.
Collaborating with Design Team: You will work closely with designers to ensure that copy and visuals complement each other effectively in marketing materials.
SEO Integration: You will apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of digital content and ensure it resonates with our target audience.
Research & Trend Monitoring: You will research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to keep our messaging fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Flexibility: You will participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned, supporting various marketing initiatives as needed to help drive the overall success of the team.

Collaboration: You will work closely with Marketing, Technology, and Communications teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
Adaptability: You will adjust copy for a variety of channels, from digital platforms to physical point-of-purchase materials.

Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Experience with email marketing or familiarity with CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with point-of-purchase (POP) marketing and in-store promotional materials.
Experience with content management or social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
