I am a small, passionate startup coffee venture looking to bring high-quality, freshly roasted coffee to an existing busy market/shop.
Job Description:
I am looking for an individual with experience roasting coffee who has an interest in helping build something in very early stages. This role is perfect for someone with competency in coffee roasting, specifically with the Aillio Bullet R1 V2, and an optimistic mindset. You’ll work with provided equipment and space to produce consistent, high-quality roasts intended to replace my current line of coffee which is served to an already existing consistent customer base. This is a minimal part-time position to start, ideal for someone looking to contribute to a growing coffee venture that seeks to grow with potential.
