Job Title: CNA, HCA Location: Bainbridge Island Type: Hourly Job Summary: Generations Home Care is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in the Bainbridge area. We are specifically looking for overnight employees to assist with evening routines: preparing meals, light house cleaning, Hoyer lift transfers, medication reminders, changing clothes, pericare, and overall monitoring. We are accepting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Home Care Aides (HCA). We provide training and orientation to all of our staff. Compensation and Benefits: * Hourly pay rate of $21-37, depending on length of shift * Paid twice monthly, on the 10th and 25th * Flexible scheduling, we'll work around your availability! * Opportunities for growth and development within the company * Access to company-sponsored healthcare benefits (for full-time employees), vision and dental insurance, 401k, vacation, sick leave, and performance based bonuses (up to $150/month) Responsibilities: * Assist clients with daily activities, such as grooming, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry * Assist with mobility, transportation, and errands * Adhere to safety procedures and medical protocols * Monitor clients’ medication intake and report any irregularities * Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients * Provide emotional support to clients and their families Requirements: * Manage app based technology for care plan and clocking in and out * Ability to follow care plan instructions and adhere to medical protocols * Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds * CNA/HCA active license * Excellent time management skills * Must be able to pass a background check * CPR/First Aid certification * Relationship development with clients and families Generations Home Care is a local business that exists to help clients truly enjoy life at home.
