Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of logistics operations and compliance with various customers shipping policies. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SAP, be fluent in both English and Mandarin, and possess a strong understanding of the shipping policies of key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP to track and manage logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customer-specific shipping policies.
• Handle and resolve issues related to short shipments or compliance chargebacks from customers, including Amazon, BestBuy, Costco, Kroger, and regional clients.
• Investigate and identify the root causes of unreasonable chargebacks, such as discrepancies in delivery or packaging, and submit disputes within the required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Outbound, and Planning teams to address any issues and identify the root causes of problems in the logistics process.
• Monitor shipping and fulfillment processes to ensure that all customer requirements are met and identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency.
• Provide regular training to the Outbound team, ensuring they are fully aware of each customers shipping policies and compliance expectations.
• Proactively work to prevent recurring issues by identifying trends in chargebacks and implementing corrective actions.
• Continuously review and update shipping procedures to ensure alignment with changing customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with international teams and customers.
• Quarterly and annual disputes data analysis and summary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or other relevant field.
• Entry-level experience
• Strong proficiency in SAP and experience with logistics or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of shipping and logistics policies for major customers.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to train and support team members in customer-specific policies and best practices.
