This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Bank Teller, you will be tasked with handling customer service inquiries, managing inbound calls, and carrying out data entry tasks. Furthermore, you will oversee bank transactions and ensure efficient order entry.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage customer data and correspondence
• Ensure accurate order entry and schedule appointments when necessary
• Conduct bank transactions and oversee transaction banking
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required
• Engage in email correspondence to address customer needs and inquiries.• Candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in a banking or similar industry role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is required.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for this role.
• Candidate must be adept at data entry tasks.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently is required.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is expected.
• Experience in order entry will be beneficial for the role.

• Experience in processing bank transactions is mandatory.
