Our client, a leader in the automation industry, is seeking an Automation Installation Lead to join their team.

As an Automation Installation Lead, you will be part of the project management team supporting various installation projects across USA,Canada & Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automation Installation Lead

Location: Shelby Township, MI
(75-80% Travel | will be home on weekends) 

Pay Range: $75-$85K

What's the Job?

• Manage staffing plans required for all personnel, shifts, and hours planned to work.
• Handle inbound shipments including unloading and setting materials in place.
• Arrange storage and handling for materials that cannot be immediately set in place.
• Maintain site security by interfacing with customers to determine inventory responsibilities.
• Conduct line-up meetings prior to shifts and maintain daily reports and site records.

What's Needed?

• 3 years of on-site installation experience
• High School Diploma required
• Intermediate to Advanced skills are required in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
