We're looking for a kickass Associate Creative Director who sees the bigger picture without losing sight of the detailsa passionate, big-idea brain with a strong sense of integrity and an eye for exceptional visual design. What we're looking for in an Associate Creative Director (Art): Inspire and guide the creative and broader team to think big. Play a key role in creative strategy across a wide range of client work. Oversee the creative process from concept to execution in collaboration with the CEO and ECD. Design and develop concepts into creative solutions, ensuring client objectives are achieved visually and in messaging. Support the creative and broader team by taking initiative and ownership of projects. Foster growth with new and existing clients and build relationships while maintaining the highest standards. Work closely with the marketing, strategy, development, and business development resources to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all projects. Help find and build working relationships with new creative and production vendors, as well as strengthen partnerships with current vendors to conceive/execute campaigns. Follow industry trends and new technologies. Lead the charge in putting the agency on the map. Key Qualifications 8+ years of digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required A team player with a bold attitude, ready to roll your sleeves up Exceptional visual design skills with strong proficiency in Adobe Suite Web/UX with Figma experience or a willingness to learn preferred Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing and all that it entails Knowledge and background in working directly with clients A portfolio or website of your work Solid communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising Why Youll Love Working With Us Did we mention our clients are awesome and the work keeps us on our toes?
